What type of digital recording equipment would you recommend? I will basically be recording an acoustic guitar, bass, banjo, and vocals. I would like something that can burn to cd or export to a computer. I would like something cheap but quality to record some demos.

There are many digital recorders out there. If you already have a mixer, you can use it to send a mix of everything to any small digital 2 channel recorder:

Cheaper price,let's you explore the art with out the cost!
If you know your gonna stay with it get the best you can afford. Have a musican help you shop .
