I always recommend the G7th capo. Its quite expensive but the only one you'll ever need.
As stated,cheaper ones can pull the strings of your guitar and make it go out of tune. The G7th is simple to use and will last a lifetime.

I have a Yamaha FG700S acoustic guitar.
I am thinking about the Dunlop Trigger Capo or the Kyser quick change capo.
Also would my guitar be best with a curved or flat capo?

Flat capos are for classical guitars, which have flat fretboards. Modern steel-string guitars have curved fretboards.
The thing about spring-operated trigger capos like the Kyser is that you can't change the pressure on them. If there's too much pressure, your strings may be pulled a bit sharp. However, they can be moved very quickly if you need to do that during a song.
Many people like a cam type capo with variable pressure like the Shubb (which is favored by many professional players). For those on a tight budget or worried about having heavy droppable little chunks of metal near their guitars (a personal phobia of mine), there's the cam-operated Dunlop Picker's Pal.
Or there are elastic-band capos made by Dunlop - they're cheap and have variable pressure, but are slow to operate and can pull the strings out of tune sideways.
It's pretty much a tradeoff between price, being able to put a capo on quickly, and playing in tune. I think the cam types strike the best balance, but YMMV.
