Okay i want a acoustic guitar and when they say 32 or 41 inches, is that how long the neck is or th whole guitar?

The only guitars that list size like that are cheap internet guitars. They're referring to the entire length of the guitar. Don't buy them. I'll say it once again: Don't buy them. There are much more fun ways to throw your money away. When you buy a cheap internet guitar...or one from Walmart, what you get is something that resembles a guitar but is almost impossible to play or keep in tune. Nobody want's a guitar with those problems, but for a beginner it's a recipe for failure. The reason they sell cheaper guitars on eBay and Amazon.com is because they're junk. If anybody had the chance to try them first, they'd never buy them.
The best way to buy a guitar is from a real guitar store. It's going to cost a little more to get a real playable guitar...but why would you want an unplayable one anyway? Your local guitar store is well aware of the internet prices for name brands, and will usually match or beat them. Go to the store, find a guitar you can afford and if you can't play, have the salesperson play it. If they have a hard time playing it, try another. In the long run you'll save money by buying a playable guitar the first time.....and your learning experience will be a lot easier if you aren't fighting the instrument.

What should I look for when buying an acoustic guitar?!?

i want to buy a new acoustic guitar and i was wondering if anyone could tell me a few things about the guitar that i should be checking out as far as a good quality acoustic guitar. i.e. strings, fret board, etc.

Well it depends on alot of different things. How long have you been playing for? If you're new to guitar you're going to want something cheaper that you can just test out and learn the basics on.
As for the fret board, it depends on your preference. I personally like to have a smoother neck with less pronounced frets. For a cheaper, but quality model, I'd say an epiphone or a lower end yahama are great for this.
One other thing to watch for is how far off the neck the strings are. Higher strings are going to make more dynamic notes, but are going to be harder to play and alot more difficult to play chords on.
Strings once again are a preference. Thankfully, strings are generally pretty inexpensive, so play around with a few different gauges until you find what you like best.
Last but not least, just go to a store like guitar center and play the different guitars. Not only will you get a feel for what you want but the salesman at the store will be able to help you out alot more then someone online can.
