Acoustic Guitars In affordable price range?

Q. Im going to buy a new guitar with my birthday money but im not too sure what to get, I need some idea as to what guitars are good quality. I'm not looking to spend anything more than $500, so what are a few different brands that I should look out for? I have been playing for 2 years now and I really enjoy playing. At the moment I play on a $100 crappy acoustic so I want to step it up a bit.

Johnson acoustic guitar for 80$ is what I have now. It is the best guitar I've ever had. I put ernie ball slinky strings on it and it sounds really light and sweet. A lot of how it plays is in the strings.

I need to find a guitar that's affordable, new, for a beginner, and acoustic. So if you could give me some links or products or stores, whatever, please do. My price range would be from about $0-$75, but I found some online for way cheaper than $75, but I don't know if they could be trusted. Thanks in advance!!!

You should try guitar center, if there isn't one locally you can get it shipped to your house, or a pawn shop, but most guitar there are broken and beat down

thats the cheapest i could find, but the brand is very importan as well, ibanez is a very trusted brand by many many people, so its a good buy

Where could i find affordable pink acoustic guitars?

Ive been looking everywhere! The only ones i cand find are like the ghetto ones you see at walmart or Daisy brand ( I'll NEVER play one) but anyway, Id like tokeep it under 350 but i could stretch to $400.

ANY pink acoustic guitars you find are going to be cheap and "ghetto", like the Daisy brand, or like the ones you see at Wal-Mart, Anytime a guitar manufacturer paints their instruments pink (or any other solid color), its a dead giveaway that its a cheap guitar meant for beginners who don't know any better -- the pink paint helps hide the fact that the wood is crappy and second-rate.

You never see builders of professional quality guitars, like Martin, Gibson, Taylor, Larrivee, Santa Cruz, etc, selling pink guitars. THEIR instruments always show off the natural grain and color of the wood, because they use top quality woods.

Best Brand of Acoustic Guitar?

I want to buy an accoustic guitar for my boyfriend, as a surprise birthday present, so obviously, I can't ask him what kind he wants.

We were talking one day, and he said, he really wanted an acoustic guitar, but when I asked him what brand, out of curiosity, he said, 'Just an acoustic guitar...'

He's not a beginner, he's been playing electric guitar for many years now.
His genera is along the lines of, 'punk rock,' meaning, basically, Blink 182 style.

I want to get a really good guitar, between $250 and $550, but I'm not quite sure what BRAND.

I have asked some band members, and have gotten mostly Ibanez and Epiphone, among many others.

What's your opinion on the best brand of acoustic guitar ?

Martin makes a revered, quality acoustic guitar.

Epiphones are made by Gibson, they are affordable, but nice acoustic guitars.

You should be able to get an excellent acoustic guitar in the price range you mentioned.

If you want you can buy an Orange amp, they have a acoustic sound.
if you want an acoustic guitar i would get a Crestwood it is a pretty good guitar even though they are a little closer to beginner guitars. Or you could get a Epiphone, i will leave you the links.
