Which guitar is cheap and best?

i got a guitar few months back which was of not good quality. Now I am planning to buy a new acoustic guitar for learning. Can anyone suggest a guitar which is of affordable cost and best for beginners? Also, where can i get good guitars? I am staying in chennai, India.

Yamaha Ibanez and Samick make the best "beginner guitars,"

you have to spend about $150-200 American, to get a guitar with a decent neck.The cheapie ones, don't spend the money "curing" the wood properly, so they have a lot of problems, and tent o warp and crack.

I've never been to India
(Though I have a cousin that lives in Nepal)
