what is the best 5 string guitar that is under 1000 i need all the detail about the sound effect weight and all that above. And what is the best acoustic guitar that is under 1500 same details as the bass.

You really need to go down to a music store and do some homework. If you are asking what my personal favorites are, I am just not that particular. I've played everything from a Carvin Rosewood fretless to a Beatle Bass. They all had their good points and bad points and I loved them all. Get the instrument in your hand and find out what's best for you. We don't know what kind of music you like to play. Different setups are good for different styles of music. Do you intend to get into Punk, Reggea, Ska, Swing, Bebop, Classic Rock, Anthem Rock, Country, Soul, R & B, or maybe genuine Hotel Hilton Elevator music to be ignored by?
When you say the best, are you talking engineeringwise, the best overall sound, the best wood, the best reputation, best bargain, or best everything? So many variables and you are not giving us a lot to go on here.

Where is a place I can buy an acoustic guitar? I dont want no pawn shop or walmart guitar.

Guitar Center is a good place to go. They're actually owned by the same parent company as MusiciansFriend and if you actually look you'll see their stock and prices are identical. If you buy at a store though, you can be sure your new guitar is set up properly and you'll be better taken care of than if you buy online (plus you don't have to pay extra for shipping). If there's a local music store in your area with a good guitar selection though, I'd support that before I'd go to Guitar Center (the Walmart of music retailers).
If you're just starting out, check out a Yamaha FG700S. I think that at $199, they're about the best beginner guitar available. They have a solid Sitka spruce top, sound very nice, and play well for the price. I'm not one of those morons who will say they are just as good as a $1500 Taylor or Martin, but for a first guitar they're a great deal. If you already play and are looking to upgrade, then ignore that advice and anyone else who tells you what guitar to buy and trust your hands and ears as you go try them out and choose what's best for you.
